Greetings from Fresh Start Farms!
It is the final week of the Winter FarmShare! Thank you so much for being part of the Fresh Start Farms community this season. Your membership supported a collective of 23 refugee and immigrant farmers’ businesses and other local food growers and producers. We hope that you enjoyed the abundance of food this year and that you will join us again next season. 2022 FarmShares go on sale in January. Keep your eye open for the announcement and early-bird deals! We will start the 2022 FarmShare season on the last week of March.
But wait! For January, February, and March you can still order fresh and local food from Fresh Start through our FarmStand! Each week, our FarmStand (online store) will be open for orders Friday afternoon through Tuesday morning. When you shop with the FarmStand, you aren’t purchasing a subscription, instead, you can build a 1-time box with any products in our store! You can expect roots, squash, winter greens, apples, pantry goods, eggs, cheeses, meats, and more. Shares available for pick up & limited delivery on Thursdays.
Don’t forget you can always shop in person at the Fresh Start Market on Tuesdays 11am to 4pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays 2pm to 6pm!
