A terrific salsa verde makes this velvety potato salad extraordinary. Here the salsa is made with parsley and chives; try making it with other summer herbs, like tarragon or basil, as well.

New!
Ployes Mix, Bouchard Family Farms
Ployes are a light, almost crepe-like buckwheat pancake. Just add water and fry up some ployes for breakfast. Made by Bouchard Family Farms in Fort Kent, Maine.
For generations the Bouchard Family has been milling a unique light buckwheat flour in order to prepare “Ployes” (rhymes with boys). A recipe based on the one created by the French Acadian exiles who settled in Northern Maine, Ployes are as elegant as a fine crepe, as hearty as a breakfast pancake and as versatile as any bread. Plus they are free from eggs, milk, sugar or oil.

Farmstead Aged Gouda, Smith’s Country Cheese
This Gouda rivals any made in the Netherlands. It has the same mild taste, creamy texture and small, bubbly eyes. An excellent dessert cheese, it is also great for cooking and melts beautifully. Bronze Medal Winner at The 2016 Big E Cheese Competition
At Smith’s, old-fashioned family traditions and hard work are combined to produce their Farmstead Cheeses. All of their cheeses are made fresh on the farm with rich milk directly from their 200 dairy cows.
