Celebrating Our Farmers' Harvest!
October 5th marked the end of the 2023 Mobile Market season. Thanks to funding from the Emergency Food and Shelter Program, we were able to bring fresh, local food at no cost to our customers for the last two weeks of the season. Customers who use SNAP/EBT shared that this made a big difference for them as benefits are often low at the end of the month and many people are still adjusting to the loss of emergency SNAP benefits from earlier this year. It is also peak harvest season for our farmers and this was a lovely way to celebrate their harvest and make local food more accessible!
Some of our farmers’ produce that customers enjoyed in particular included tomatoes, celery, collard greens, scallions, beets, eggplant, sweet and hot peppers, and a variety of squashes. One parent shared that she and her family have been able to try at least 5 new fruits and vegetables thanks to the Mobile Market! Thank you so much to everyone who shopped with us this summer, our Community Ambassadors who helped us expand our reach, and to our farmers who grow delicious food!

Wednesdays 2pm to 4pm

Fresh Start Food Hub Pick Up
Wednesdays OR Thursdays 2pm to 6pm

You can pick up your share either day. No need to notify us, just come on by! We will not hold missed pick-ups. We will donate any unclaimed shares to our local food pantries.
Merrimack Public Library
Thursdays 2pm to 4pm
470 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack
There will be a volunteer there to help you find your box. Any meat or frozen products will be in a cooler.
Southern NH Health
Thursdays 3pm to 5:15pm
