Recipes
of the Week
A fresh haul of farm-fresh produce and the changing weather calls for risotto! Pull out your Dutch oven and some arborio rice and use whatever veggies and herbs you’ve got from your farm share!
This veggie-filled risotto template is perfect for simple weeknight dinners or as a fast and fancy meal when hosting friends.
Look for onion, garlic, green beans, summer squash, corn, tomatoes, and herbs. The remaining few ingredients are all pantry staples that you likely already have at home, plus you’ll need a splash of white wine. A variety of vegetables will not only make for a more colorful bowl of risotto, but it also changes up the texture, which makes dinner more interesting

Dairy Items
New from Vermont Farmstead!
VT Farmstead’s Brie is a decadently rich, soft-ripened cheese with sweet cream and mushroom nuance. Serve with honey, baguette, and fruit.
Plymouth’s Black Truffle Cheese is the delicate mingling of the Original Plymouth recipe sailed metaphorically to the shores of Tuscany. In the Italian tradition, truffle cheeses are typically made with sheep’s milk—but this pioneer is a raw cow milk version, aged for sixty days, infused with real truffle morsels from Italy and touches of white truffle oil.
Founded in 1890, Plymouth is a family-run cheese factory in Vermont. They use only the finest, pasture-rased raw cow’s milk — free of additives, antibiotics and rBST — sourced from a single dairy herd from a sustainable, seventh-generation family farm 40 minutes up the road.
